I chose to give examples of this because I enjoy this type of music and I was interested to see if India had anything like it. Both bands have been featured in "The Rolling Stone" Undying Inc was featured in the Indian version however. Both songs demonstrate difficult intense guitar riffs and vocals. Both bands have a similar genre in this specific song but like most bands there music has a different tone in different songs.
Gandhi Biography
Gandhi, you can tell, really lived by this quote by the experiences he had and changes he made to India as a public figure and leader. Gandhi always stayed true to his vow to never retaliate with violence, no matter the circumstance. As Gandhi continued to lead a life of peace and bring India nonviolent reform he always stayed true to his initial intention, which was to help the people. Gandhi never tried to take down his enemies, he simply gave the people a way to stand up for themselves and let the "tyrants and murderers" corrupt themselves with their own pride and greed for power.
One example of Gandhi using "truth and love" to conquer is when he set out across India to visit cities and get to know the people of poverty struck towns and see how the people in all of the social classes lived. Gandhi was truthfully seeing how people survived and was open to finding suggestions to try and help those who were suffering. He was not blinded by how the rich in the towns lived, he wanted to experience India and all of the different culture that came with it. He felt that getting to know the people was the first big step in knowing how to help them.
Another example of this is in the beginning of the film when Gandhi is being abused by the policeman. He is being hit because he is burning his papers and showing resistance to the government however he doesn't fight back. Gandhi knew that firm nonviolent resistance would grant him more respect and notice from the Indian people who were being treated poorly in South Africa. Gandhi didn't want a huge bloody rebellion he simply wanted people to receive their rights. Gandhi fought with everything he had to protect the people and their rights.
